Work with Ketera’s word class SaaS software development team. In any one quarter we develop about 30 different software projects, staffed by engineers both at our home office and at our Bangalore development center. You will assist the Products management team in keeping track of the status of various projects within the entire program, and will develop and maintain a projects status dashboard for weekly review by the management team. From this work you will quickly learn a lot about how online business software is developed and maintained, the processes and methodologies necessary to make globally distributed software development work, and will attain journeyman skills in first order project management. Due to the need for extensive interaction and collaboration on the projects, most work must be onsite at our San Jose (Santana Row) offices but potentially some work could be done offsite. Credentials: You must be organized and must have some sense of software development processes. Ideally you have taken a number of programming classes, understand the quantum physics of software development, and will be capable of doing basic operations in our source code repository and admin tasks within our bug tracking system.
