Employers, use this form to share with us your experience with your student intern. You will need to fill out this form in order for your intern to receive academic credit. Also, your evaluation will help us improve this program. Don’t worry about writing too much though we encourage as much constructive feedback as you can provide.
Please fill out one evaluation per intern and return by December 11th, 2009.
