Internship description:
Intern would be exposed to the inner workings of a local, full service commercial real estate firm. Medium size company with 5 people. Intern will be involved with the creation, updating, and maintenance of internal property data base. Intern will learn how to gather data and see the process of how commercial deals come to fruition. We are also in the process of updating our website and would appreciate any technical expertise with the development of a new website. In addition, we do extensive marketing and would have the intern assist with most marketing efforts. This is a value adding opportunity for someone who is interested in practical real estate methods.
