Legal Research Intern
This internship is an opportunity for a student to gain exposure to multiple states’ corporate legal systems. The intern will research California and other state law and help develop legal forms for start-ups.
Student must have a strong interest in law, be reliable, flexible, possess strong research skills and be able to write a good college paper.
Student will be shown how to utilize available law resources and how to write like a lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about corporate law in a real world environment.
